Metal-In- Our Metal-in Shielding Bags have been designed for eventual durability. These are equipped with in- Metalized layer that is buried between the polyester and polyethylene layers. The metal-in layer prevents the penetration of damaging electrostatic fields. This type of bag is recommended for the protection of all static sensitive components. Metal-Out- Our Metal-out Shielding Bags are known for low charge retention. These static shielding bags are designed to protect against static-induced damage. The metal-out layer is positioned at the outer surface to give low surface resistivity readings and for fast discharge. Heavy-Duty Tyvek Moisture Barrier Bags-are the same as the ESD Moisture Barrier Bags with an added layer of Tyvek on the outside for higher tear resistance.
